Build bike handling confidence with new skills and explore some classic trails.

Mountain biking is the fastest growing sport in the UK. A session on mountain bikes is a great way to build skills and confidence whether new to biking or already experienced. You will start with games and skills in a practice area before heading off to explore some of the amazing local trails.

You'll build skills and knowledge in body positioning on the bike, speed control, handling corners and line choices.

What do you need to know about Mountain Biking?

Everyone likes to ride bikes. The sessions are flexible to suit yours needs and routes will be chosen to suit the groups ability and age. You will explore Keswicks mountain bike centre at Whinlatter Forest under the watchful and expert instruction of one of our guides.

 We can guarantee that everyone will gain some new bike handling techniques whilst enjoying this exhilarating activity.
