Abseiling

A real personal challenge and gives an amazing sense of achievement.

We use a range of venues across the wider Lake District. From small rock outcrops to 120 foot of vertical cliffs. Abseiling can be a stand-alone activity but is best combined with a rock climbing session to get a full experience - all you need is a go for it attitude.

Taking full control of your descent by controlling your own rope. (don't worry the instructor will have control of the second rope attached to you!) You'll be thrilled to arrive back on the ground. You'll look back up the vertical cliff to gain that feeling of success at what you have achieved.

Who is Abseiling for?

For those looking for a real challenge and wanting to push themselves. This is an ideal way to challenge those fears. Abseiling is a perfect family activity as everyone can have a go. Abseiling can also be a superb option for small groups and school parties especially when conbined with a Rock Climbing session.
