Open Bronze DofE Walking Expeditions

Our extensive Open Bronze DofE Expedition programme covers all aspects of the award. The programmes are designed for individuals, who, for a variety of reasons, have not been able to complete either expedition with their own school or group.

No longer do Bronze participants need to complete a Practice and Qualifying expedition. This is why we have designed this new 4-day programme. Ultimately,  this makes the Bronze award cheaper and more accessible to more young people.

Already completed Training / Practice Expedition with your own school or group? You can still join the 4-day programme as there is still lots to learn and enjoy and be better prepared going in to your Qualifying Expedition. Alternatively, we also offer the option to just complete the qualifying expedition.

DofE Bronze expedition venues include:

  • Bromsgrove, West Midlands
  • Hathersage, Peak District
  • Penrith, Cumbria
