Often, we are recommended through word of mouth or through returning clients wishing to work with us again. We love seeing friendly familiar faces! Equally, one of our many favourite parts of the job is the people we get to meet along the way. We look forward to getting to know you.
STAGE 2: The finer details
Once we have got to know you and your goals, we get to work. You’ll receive our Who We Are guide and our What We Can Do For You guide packed full of useful information to share with your wider team. We can chat through some Challenge options to see what you feel is the best fit for your fundraisers and your event calendar.
Behind the scenes, we can begin to set logistics in place for an epic Challenge Event.
STAGE 3: Everything you need for maximum success
Once agreed and deposit is secured, you’ll begin to receive handy resources such as our Event Guide and our Information Pack including kit list, FAQs and more. You can share this with your fundraisers to maintain your close fundraiser relationship but also feel free to put us in touch with anyone that has more questions. We are with you every step of the way!
You’ll even receive a Marketing Pack from us, with handy images, marketing plan and content ideas to help promote your event and give it the best chance of success.
STAGE 4: Keeping the magic going
As the event countdown ticks along, we continue to stay in touch: answering any questions, adding personal touches and making sure to give you the tools you need to finesse your fundraisers journeys. We can run an online webinar for your fundraisers to tune in to pre-event for a full briefing and question time too.
STAGE 5: An extraordinary fundraising challenge takes place!
Your fundraisers enjoy a brilliant day of adventure: pushing themselves in aid of your crucial cause and making memories.
