STAGE 1: You found The Adventure Element!

It's a warm welcome from us as we get to know you, your ultimate adventure and the aims of the day.

Often, we are recommended through word of mouth, or a participant has attended one of our charity events and returns wishing to experience another adventure this time with their colleagues. We love seeing friendly familiar faces!

STAGE 2: The magic beans

Once we have got to know you and your goals, we get to work. You’ll receive our Corporate Partner Guide, and we will chat through some adventure options to see what inspires you and is the best fit for your team.

Behind the scenes, we are getting everything in place for an epic day.

STAGE 3: Let us do the leg work

Once agreed and deposit is secured, you’ll begin to receive handy resources such as our Event Guide and our Information Pack including kit list, FAQs and more. You can share this with your teammates but feel free to put us in touch with anyone that has more questions.

STAGE 4: Communication is key

As the countdown ticks towards your big day, we stay in touch with updates and answer any questions you might have. We can link you with a charity partner if you wish to fundraise as part of your challenge. And we can run an online webinar for your team pre-event to give them a full briefing.

STAGE 5: An epic event takes place!

Your team has a brilliant day of adventure, strengthening friendships and making memories. With our experienced leaders supporting you every step of the way.

Chris Forecast, Events Manager - oversees our events from seed to fruition and is the mastermind behind some of our most creative themed adventures.

Never mind outside the office, we go outside the box and into the wilderness. Whether you are a group who are looking for a fun adventure or a corporate team who want an outdoors twist on their annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we've got it covered.

You can chat with anyone from our small but mighty team to get the ball rolling.
