The ELEMENTS - Jurassic

The ELEMENTs series lands on the Jurassic Coast as one of our most in-demand locations. 

With a selection of charities specially invited to reserve places on this event for their fundraisers, we will welcome participants to hike, bike and paddle their way around the Jurassic. Participants will tackle a spectacular 13km hike, 42km bike and 3km paddle around the Jurassic Coast, taking on the challenge in teams of 2 or 4. 

The concept is simple: you invite your fundraisers and secure their places; we take care of the rest. 

An impressive event hub fit with race arch, announced waves of participants, branded tents, and expert staff and safety, the base for the event will be a handy hub for participants to return to as they transition between phases.

The registration fee is £50, with a minimum fundraising target of £500 for every participant, keeping the opportunity fair across all participating charities. 

You retain ownership of your fundraisers and communications, while we provide the tools, event and support to make it easy. 

We take care of:

• Food stations, bike hire and participant experience

• Suppliers, permissions and insurance
• An Event Hub where you can welcome fundraisers and showcase your charity

It’s low risk, low workload and ready to go: an exciting addition to your 2027 fundraising calendar without the time and cost of organising your own event. 

While we manage the event, logistics, safety and planning, you and your charity can focus on recruiting fundraisers and deciding what branding you would like to bring along on the day.

• Tier 1: Pay as you go | 0 - 20 participants | £220pp 
• Tier 2: 20 - 40 participants | £205pp 
• Tier 3: 40 - 80 participants | £200pp 
• Tier 4: Headliner | 80 – 160+ participants | £190pp 

Every participating charity receives a Marketing Pack, pre-event webinar, exclusive event-weekend briefing and our support sharing your social posts promoting the event. Plus, for every 40 participants, you’ll receive 2 free places. 

From Tier 2 upwards, as well as increased savings, you’ll also receive a dedicated space at the Event Hub for your tent, branding and fundraiser welcome. Tier 3 adds designated start-line waves and a charity-branded flag from us.
