We are lucky to be based in the outstanding natural beauty of the English Lake District, a UNESCO World heritage Site. Being here allows your students to experience somewhere completely new, adventurous and wildly different than their home environments.
Our locations are in the shadows of towering mountains, glistening lakes and wild rivers. On our doorstep there are endless possibilities for adventures and experiencing the power of the wilderness.
Our programmes benefit from using local Independant Hostels, YHA's and Bunk Houses. All are based in incredible locations either in the Keswick or Ullswater areas in the North Lake District.
Our accommodation has easy access to activity areas, some are directly on the lake shore and have mountains on their doorstep.

Given some simple avalanche awareness and avoidance tools and techniques, there is no reason why a winter mountaineer, skier, snowshoer or hill walker can't build their knowledge and skill level to plan and enjoy a safe day out in the wonderful winter mountains.
