Programmes run from Monday to Friday.
There will be no Gold Residential Programmes in 2026.
Programme overview
The week will be full of adventurous outdoor activities including: ghyll scrambling, rock climbing, canoeing, mountain biking and via ferrata - you will certainly get your 'adventure fix'.
You'll get to experience a 1-night Expedition where you'll camp in the wild, either in a mountain hut, a tent or bivvy under the stars.
A dedicated group instructor will be with you all week to provide help and encouragement. With their support and that of your team, you'll be amazed what you can achieve!

What's included?
- Base camp
Your base camp will be at our private camping area (tents are provided). You'll also have access to an indoor space for socialising, cooking and washing. There is a full self-catering kitchen, lounge area, along with toilets and showers. - All equipment
To include; tents, rucksacks, stoves, sleeping bags and sleeping mats, maps, technical activity equipment. - All food
Breakfast, lunches and evening meals, along with snacks, will all be provided. It will be the teams responsibility to prepare and cook each day. We will supply the menu ideas. - Entry or registration fees
Some activities carry an additional fee or require a registration fee. These are covered in your programme cost. - Camping fees
One of your nights you may be sleeping out under the stars in the mountains. If the weather does not allow us to do this, we will stay in a bunkhouse. - Qualified and experienced staff throughout the week
All of our staff hold extensive outdoor qualifications and experience. They will be guiding you through the whole week.
Location
Experience the natural beauty of the Lake District National Park. This programme will be based from a private camp area and rooms near to Ullswater, in the Northern Lakes. Your activities will take place in the Ullswater and Keswick valleys.
What you will need to arrange
- Your own transport to and from Penrith train station.
- Your personal clothing and outdoor gear. A kit list will be sent to you.
Getting there
Meeting Point: Penrith train station at 12:00.
Once the team has assembled you will be transferred to your Base Camp at: Watermillock Village Hall.
