What you will need to arrange

  • Your own transport to and from Penrith train station
  • Your personal clothing
  • Your bus fare from Penrith to the start point of the Expedition (no need to pre-book, you can pay this on the day)

  • All food
    Breakfast, lunches and evening meals, along with snacks, will all be provided. It will be the teams responsibility to prepare and cook each day. We will supply the menu ideas.
  • Entry or registration fees
    Some activities carry an additional fee or require a registration fee. These are covered in your programme cost.
  • Qualified and experienced staff throughout the week
    All of our staff hold extensive outdoor qualifications and experience. They will be guiding you through the whole week.
